FGMB is a ministerial board that equips, ordains and supports ministers of the Gospel through structured theological training, Biblical oversight and lifelong mentorship.

No. FGMB is full-gospel in conviction and works with ministers from a wide range of evangelical and Pentecostal church traditions, provided candidates meet our Biblical standards.

Revelation Bible College is our partner institution. All theological training required for ordination is delivered through Revelation Bible College.

Ordination

Candidates who have completed our theological training pathway and who meet the Biblical character standards of 1 Timothy 3:1–7 and Titus 1:5–9.

All ministers are ordained as Reverends. We recognise the five-fold roles (apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor, teacher) functionally, but ordain under a single ministerial title.

Yes. FGMB ordination is recognised by our partner networks and by RBC, with members serving across the UK, Kenya and beyond.

Training & Programs

A minimum of 6 months for the Certificate in Theology pathway. Some candidates take longer based on their schedule and prior study.

At minimum, a Certificate in Theology from Revelation Bible College. Higher pathways (Diploma, Bachelor's, Master's, Doctorate) are available through RBC.

 

Yes. The training is structured to support candidates around the world, with reviews and check-ins along the way.

Application & Documents

Use our online application portal. You will submit your background, a statement of calling and any supporting documents (CV, prior training certificates, references).

A current CV, copies of any prior theological certificates, a written reference from a senior pastor or church leader, and any other documents supporting your ministry journey.

A member of the board will review your application and contact you within 7–14 working days to discuss the next steps, including an interview.

Theological training through RBC carries a course fee. The application itself is free. Fees and any available scholarships are discussed during the interview stage.
 

Mentorship

You are paired with a bishop or senior minister for ongoing counsel, accountability and leadership development. The relationship is intended to be lifelong.
